Holidays are about doing what you love and spending time with family and friends is always top of that list. This beautifully presented 3-bedroom house with an integral 2-bedroom adjoining annex is the perfect holiday home to get together. With its large social spaces and flexible lay out, it is sure to meet everyone’s needs.
Located a few minutes walking distance from the beach and just a short stroll from the centre of this beautiful village with its restaurants and bars. Spend the morning in the sea or soaking up the sun at the beach, pop home for lunch (or an afternoon nap!) before taking a wander into the village to soak up the atmosphere or grab a bite to eat.
The main property has three bedrooms. The master, with super-king bed can also be used as an office space and has a desk provided. An additional twin room and triple bunk room (double bed with single bunk) complete the sleeping accommodation.
There is a family bathroom with shower, WC and bath. There is also a separate WC and an additional shower room located in the garage, great for washing off the sand after a day at the beach.
The spacious kitchen has direct access to the dining area, and a separate utility area is great for storing your beach equipment and outdoor gear.
A luxurious living room has plenty of seating options for a cosy night in. Double doors from the lounge, connect to the dining area with a large dining table, great for family meals, additional social seating and views across the garden.
Access to the annex accommodation is via the dining area. This is a fully self-contained unit with its own access and garden area, kitchen, shower room and lounge. A further twin room and a double bedroom complete the accommodation.
If you fancy a day of rest and quiet, the enclosed private gardens are a great place for relaxing in the sun or alfresco dining. Grab a book, an ice-cold drink, sit back and relax!
If you love the great outdoors, there are endless coastal walks to be explored all offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and neighbouring villages. Take a wander up to Baggy Point, grab a coffee from the vibrant local surf café and take a stroll to nearby Putsborough or Woolacombe.

We want you to have a great time during your stay, so we don’t want to overload you with lots of rules and regulations, however, we politely ask that you take into consideration the following points when staying at the property.
We are available by phone or email throughout your stay. If on arrival or during your stay you are unhappy with the property, please contact us immediately so that we are aware, and may rectify the issue.
Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests at the property Over occupancy is not permitted at any time.
Please remember that you will have neighbours, keep any noise outside to a minimum, especially after 9pm and prior to 8am.
Please Park only in the designated areas. If parking on the street, please ensure you do not block access for emergency vehicles.
Please leave the property as you found it and report any damage or breakages to us prior to departure. We know accidents happen!
You may smoke in external areas only please make sure all cigarette butts are disposed of safely at the end of your stay.
Please use the gas and electricity responsibly. Charging of EV vehicles via a 3 pin plug is not permitted.

Extra Rules
