A family home converted to cater for family holidays, you will be settled in, in minutes and ready to make the most of your holiday. The open plan living spaces provide plenty of seating options and great social spaces whether you are watching TV or making a meal.
Double doors from both the lounge and dining area gives access into the garden, featuring a sundeck with hot tub, lawned area and a stone BBQ. This is the perfect place to enjoy long hours of sunshine and the glorious sunset as it dips beneath the horizon.
Driftwood comes prepared for bad weather and downtime moments. TV's in two of the bedrooms allow everyone a choice of what to watch, but if you want to limit your screen time, why not break out the board games and have some good old fashioned fun!

House Rules
We want you to have a great time during your stay, so we don’t want to overload you with lots of rules and regulations, however, we politely ask that you take into consideration the following points when staying at the property.
We are available by phone or email throughout your stay. If on arrival or during your stay you are unhappy with the property, please contact us immediately so that we are aware, and may rectify the issue.
Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests at the property. Over occupancy is not permitted at any time.
Please remember that you will have neighbours, keep any noise outside to a minimum, especially after 9pm and prior to 8am.
Please Park only in the designated areas. If parking on the street, please ensure you do not block access for emergency vehicles.
Please leave the property as you found it and report any damage or breakages to us prior to departure. We know accidents happen!
You may smoke in external areas only please make sure all cigarette butts are disposed of safely at the end of your stay.
Please use the gas and electricity responsibly. Charging of EV vehicles via a 3 pin plug is not permitted.
Please use the property safely and responsibly. Please read and adhere to any safety information which has been provided in advance of your stay.
Extra Rules
Pets are welcome in the property. There is an additional charge of £25 per pet per stay. Pet bedding is not provided, so please bring your own. Please refrain from allowing your pet on the furniture. Please ensure all dog mess has been removed from the external areas prior to your departure.
Hot Tub Rules
The Hot Tub is available for all stays at no extra charge. Please ensure your review the safety information available in the online booking planner prior to your stay and follow the guidelines included.
Please do not use the Hot Tub before 8 am or after 9pm.
Please do not touch the settings on the Hot Tub, this is the quickest way to break it!
